Welcome to DTF Printing
Designing: First, create a high-res digital design. Use software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. High-quality designs ensure that the final print is sharp and vibrant.
Printing: A DTF printer prints the design onto a PET film. These printers use CMYK and white ink to produce full-color designs.
Powdering: After printing, the printer applies a layer of adhesive powder to the wet ink. This powder is crucial for the transfer process.
Curing: The film is then heated to cure the adhesive powder, which is bonded with the ink.
Transferring: The final step involves placing the film on the t-shirt and applying heat and pressure using a heat press. It’s the heat that activates the adhesive, transferring the design to the fabric.
